Meeting rooms for evening program will be assigned based on group size and desired program. You may request a specific room by speaking with the evening staff. All MW meeting rooms can be equipped with an overhead and screen, whiteboard or flipchart with markers, TV & VCR, CD or cassette player or a small sound system with up to four microphones. A multimedia projector, mirror ball and theatre lights are available in the Music Hall on a prearranged basis.
NOTE: Students should bring an extra pair of indoor running shoes to use in the gym. This is very important, as it will help us maintain the wood floor in excellent shape.
